I've had this book for about 20 years. Moderns are not really my thing but this book is sentimental to me. I won't give my opinion on its grade til later. I hope I can get some input from the boardies on its possible grade. I will say that the pages are White and the colors on this book are deep as if it was printed yesterday. It looks great to me. I can't see much wrong with it at all. Is that a super small crease or two on the spine right above where the building goes off the cover on the lower left?

1) doesn't this qualify as a Copper book, not modern...?

2) need larger images to grade effectively

3) looks like it was pressed improperly

4) not sure if that is the scanner or not, but there appears to be a dual set of creases that end in a round tip on both the BC and FC

5) the rumors are true
