PGM - IRON MAN #1 - TO TAPE OR NOT TO TAPE - THAT IS THE QUESTION

VERY TINY piece missing top right corner...I have the piece. Do I put it on with clear archival tape or leave off? How will leaving it alone or adding piece affect grade?

 

Back cover is fine as are the pages.

Umm, can't grade it without images of both FC and BC.

From the front cover, I would give it a VG- or so.

If you have no intention of selling it or having it CGC graded, I would surely put the missing piece back in place, with some removable archival tape or the like. But not plastic tape, of course!

HERE IS THE TOP RIGHT HAND CORNER CLOSE UP.

 

My question is will archival tape change the grade... by adding the piece up or down?

This grade it kinda doesn't matter...again if you are after the visual presentation just use removable tape.....
