Would anyone be able to give me an approximate grade on this, assuming that the back cover is in good shape? I know the back is as important as the front, but I don't want to risk taking it out of the bag and board to scan it.

 

The bottom staple is not attached to the cover. It mocks my username.

I'd have to guess 4.5/5.0 range for the staple pop. Still a nice-looking copy.

side note - this book is trending right now, but a mid-grade copy isn't so valuable that you should be afraid to take it out of a bag...

Hehe, I agree...I have taken it out before, the back was better looking than the front, but I just wanted to avoid doing it again just for the scan, with the double boards and all. You're right though, it's probably not a big deal.
