also looks like a small stub or a little damage on the upper left corner...?

I saw that as well, is it a missing piece?

 

Sorry to say, all those little flaws make it pretty hard for me to believe it would get above an 8.5.

 

Not sure where others are at but I would revise my grade to 8.0-8.5.

Maybe I am missing something, but the BC bottom right corner looks like dirt to me.

Just my two cents, but the biggest defect I saw are the stress marks near the staple...

 

A press won't help that, I think, but I'm far from an expert on the subject...

lots of small flaws, but still quoting a 9.0 and up. not sure I am there.
