Bought this at the same time as the HOF #9.

 

The 2 major problems with this are the water stain on the left side of the front cover at the R & O of Terror, and the bottom left corner on the back - It looks like the small corner piece is missing but it is not, it's just that the top part is gone so it is now half the thickness. There is also a small spine split at the very top.

A little tough, but I'll say 7.0 mainly due to the stain, split, and the bottom left corner BC

If I were buying this Id have no issues w 7.0, but nothing higher. I think a slabbed grade could also come back as 6.5 depending on grader.
