DC Deadman featured in Strange Adventures 212

I am brand-spanking new to the comic collecting world and am learning as I go. I came across this "Deadman featured in Strange Adventures" #212 today. Could I get your opinion on what it may be worth? Thanks!

This is a thread where you'll get grade opinions, not value opinions.

 

This books looks like it has moderate to heavy water damage that probably runs through the whole book, and that lower corner looks pretty odd. Not sure if the paper was somehow extended do to the moisture or if it's poorly trimmed :shrug:

 

I couldn't give it higher than 3.0

What it's worth is whatever someone is willing to pay for it, but you can pick up the 43rd edition of the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide for around $26 +/- at most book stores.

There are 3 editions of the Overstreet Grading Guide (I like the 1st edition more than the 3rd- I don't have the 2nd so I can't offer an opinion on that).

 

And keep in mind, the Price Guide is JUST A GUIDE. eBay past sales is a good indicator of what some books (usually HOT books) are currently selling for.
