Anyone have a guess as to what this AF 15 would grade in at CGC?

Ugh. Alright. I saw something was off there. It also looks like there's a tear on the top back cover. Is that consistent with the 3.5 grade? Is water damage also what caused the fading on the front top corners?

It's hard to know, but looks like the moisture on the back might go through the pages?... in which case you could be looking at more like 2.5 to 3.0 range. And, of course, with a PGX book you are rolling the dice on undetected resto.

Yep I would pass on this one.There are a ton of these out and about,so always be picky and look for the best one you can afford.

based on the grades i have been getting back from CGC, probably a 1.8/2.0
