With the usual caveats about grading from scans, how does the board range ( 4.5-5.5) compare with your own prior to getting it CGCed?

I thought the book was a dead lock to get minimum of 5.0 with an outside shot at a 5.5. So that's where I was prior to sending it.

Finally got around to doing a little scanning. Many will disagree..however if there weren't the small tears and no stain, you'd have an 8.0+ book
