My intention is to sell this book and I want to make sure I include an appropriate grade when selling.

 

Book is complete, flat and has OW pages.

 

Front Cover has plenty of spine ticks and color flecks/color rubs. Top staple has some rust that has not migrated through book.

 

Back Cover has some creasing but is in better shape than the front cover
