PGM - ASM 25

Here is the ASM 25 I originally purchased but the seller incorrectly sent me the 22 that I had here a few days ago.

 

Slight tear on the front cover (to the right of spider-man's right forearm, on the edge), however the seller failed to disclose some "rust" on the centerfold, bottom staple. Not sure what to do about that.

 

Regardless, it looks great, so please grade away

I'm not really sure how CGC treats rust, but I'd guess 5.5

I think that's a comfortable 5.5!

I think the book may get a 6.0, as the rust spot is quite small.
