This is not a bad copy. The book has a 3/4" top cover split, and a 1/2" bottom cover split.

 

The outside edge has a 1/4" tear that goes through the whole book. Back cover outside corner has a light crease that goes through a few pages. Staples are clean and centerfold is well attached. Paper is nice.
