I got 8.5--- the color is amazing--- the spine ticks appear worse because they are in the black of the book, but I still think it gets a 8.5----

If that is rubbing on the black colour of the front cover down below I'd say 7.0, but if that is just the result of the scan maybe higher, hard to tell.

7.5 for me. took many spine creases, plus the color rubbing on the bottom edge and what looks like a chip off the spine on the bottom. That outside bottom corner is a bit round also. Still has nice color and presents well.
