Is that a missing piece on the right edge front cover, or is it a tape pull?

Yes that´s a missing piece and there is another missing piece at the back cover

I'd say 4.0 but the missing front piece and bug/rat chew on the back may knock it down to 3.5

 

But I think 4.0
