From what I heard, they are soon to announce Benedict Cumberbatch as a media guest.

Once a upon a time WW con's meant something... Now they are in a lot of the bigger cities and they are stepping on established shows toes.....

 

 

If I attend it will be just Friday and that would be to drop off a few books to CGC if they are there.

 

Free comic day on Saturday and May the 4th on Sunday.

Now they're backing away from Cumberbatch being a confirmed guest.

Nathan Fillion and Stan Lee have been added to the lineup.

 

 

Stan Lee is now not attending WW Mpls.

 

The VIP for Nathan Fillion is imho way over priced. He will only be in MPLS for Saturday and his autograph is $100. I am skipping this show.

The fewer the celebrities the better. I'm there for the comics. I don't even know who Nathan Fillion is. Not a Star Trek, Vampire, or Science Fiction fan. I just collect Silver and Golden Age comics. To each his own, I guess.
