Nice looking book. I would have to say 7.0 to 7.5. The subscription crease breaks colour, otherwise I would have gone 7.5 to 8.0 IMHO.

My understanding of the subscription fold/crease is that it is not considered a defect in itself, however the crease breaks colour and the colour break are what prevent the grade from being higher. I'm not sure how CGC approaches this but then again I'm not CGC!

I have often heard that a subscription crease will not get higher than a 6.0 from CGC. Great looking book otherwise though.
