Please Grade my Silver Surfer 4

Picked this up today. Dealer had this graded at a VG, which I did not agree with but hey it was priced at that level so I bought it. Would like to know your guys thoughts thanks!

If it can be cleaned 5.0/5.5 if it is moisture damage it is a great looking VG+. Mylar Beauty

5.5-6.0...leaning toward higher grade...BC brings it down...

Looks like a really nice copy, very nice spine and the corners and edges are excellent too, but has a lot of nit-picky defects that really hurt it, the staining on the back cover is a killer, but I'm like most others, probably around a 6.0, maybe a very long shot at 7.0.
