6.5...why do you think it's Qualified?

 

Yellowing or holes? Or is Q reserved for unverified sigs, etc.?

 

Qualified is used to denote one (or so) large defects that would keep an otherwise higher-graded book from scoring the big number. You might have a book that is otherwise 9.8 but someone took a Sharpie and drew an "X" from corner to corner. You could go with a blue label and get a big ding, or go green and they would grade it ~9.8 with the qualification that the big "X" on the cover is what keeps it from scoring that grade in Universal.

 

That's just one example.
