PGM World's Finest 71

I bought Mark Waid's Worlds Finest #71 and trying to get an idea what it might grade at. I plan on getting it pressed i want to lay perfectly flat.

6.0 might be a bit ambitious, though given CGC's inconsistencies not impossible, but I'd guess better than 4.5. As is I'd say 5.0

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!! i think this 6.5 which is going for $1400 is a 4.5 for more like $500-700

4.5/5.0 is more spot on, but a nice copy.

I am willing to pay basically any price for the UK version of Worlds Finest 71....

Why shocked over 6.5 for the graded? Everything present is allowable for FN+. Besides the CB spine creases and blunted corners, the book doesn't appear to have structural problems

it just appears like my raw copy looks better than the CGC 6.5 but i dont think mine is better than a 4.5
