Thank you in advance for you responses!

 

Structurely the book is solid with nice WHITE pages but unfortunatley the cover has an accumulation of flaws. I counted around 24 to 25 spine ticks with many being color breaking.

 

Corners are rounded and the front top left corner has a tiny dog ear.

 

There are tiny indentions on the surface of cover that would press out.

 

Slightest of a spine roll present.

 

Back cover bottom has a tiny chip that is hanging on by a thread.
