IMHO I would say 3.0 to 3.5. There are a number of creases, small tears and chips. There also appears to be some small water stains on the lower front cover that I think prevent it from grading any higher.

Yeah I'm in that 3.0/3.5 camp.Great comic to have,loved the battle between the two.
