I would say higher. The tanning and small tears top fc and bc hurt the grade, but it till looks like a solid 8.0 to me.

my first thought was 8.0 for these reasons as well. I believe there is some staining or maybe foxing on the FC

probably an 8.0 but you might get an 8.5 on a very good day at cgc

 

i've seen worse books get that grade

The chip out at the top left corner of the front cover where the spine meets the top of the book would seem to be what sticks out to me.

 

7.0-7.5 because of that and the accumulation of light wear.
