Please grade this comic. I might be purchasing this tomorrow. Please let me know a fair value, I may be selling it on the boards shortly.

Hard to tell from photos, especially when they are cropped. Looks like biggest flaws are a crease on the right edge and a tear at the bottom back cover.

 

Probably in the 7.0 neighborhood.
