Hard to tell without it in hand, with the water damage, but I guess GVG, maybe a bit better?

If I've learned anything from the guess the grade postings it's that any amount of water damage that's noticeable is going to put the book at 3.0.

 

Therefore, I'm going to call it a 3.0, but if I were to have bought it raw pre-CGC I'd think it's a 3.5 or 4.0.
