I think this one is more in the 5.0 range.

I think the chip out by the staple and the creases on the lower right of the front cover would keep it out of 5.0 range. The spine roll and general wrinklyness would be pressable to 4.5 as it sits 4.0.

thank you very much for reviewing the book. In your opinion would it be worth grading? also what would be the cost?

If you are looking to sell it you probably wouldn't make back the grading (+shipping both ways, +handling fee) on a single book submission. (Not that you can submit a single book anyway). If you had 15 comics, which is minimum submission, then it might be worth getting graded. Depends on how good your rating on Ebay (or wherever you are selling it) is. If you are trusted enough don't bother getting it graded. If you are newer and don't have that much of a reputation people might be more likely to buy it graded.

I posted the xmen 4. I have could find 15 books to grade, the cost is $35 for each of these types of books?

It depends on how long you are willing to wait to get them back. If you want them back in a little over a month they would be $31.50 +Shipping and Handling (Figure it would be about $75 shipping that would be about $5 per book). If you were willing to wait around 3 months to get them back it would be $22.50 + Shipping and handling. So somewhere between $27.50 to $36.50 per book. And that's without getting them pressed. What you have to consider is if the increase in value for each of those comics would be more than the costs in time and money. If you are considering selling them that is.
