Batman Adventures 12....I know another one! :)

So I recently received a BA 12 that was sold to me as a 9.6 possible 9.8. After receiving it I see it was neither. So I bought the book at $300 and after sending pics of the defects to the seller, he offered me a $75 refund or full $300 back. I put this book at a sold 9.2 with a slightly higher grade to maybe 9.4 with pressing. Some things I see is a small color break on the bottom lower left and a couple on the back. Also a small non color breaking wrinkle on the front next to Batgirl's cape (middle) and the same wrinkle on the back in the same spot.

Thanks Brad, I'm feeling the same way....

 

Was it an eBay listing that claimed it was 9.6/9.8? That corner is ugly. Sorry to hear that- but you can get a legitimate 9.6/9.8 raw for $300 any day. Good luck!
