What grade do you think this rare early 50's Australian reprint would be ?

What's up with Jayar Studios claiming to have drawn the book? It's clear the front cover was redrawn from the original - was the entire book?

2.5 to 3.0 with the size of the lower spine split. If it wasn't for that you could bump this to 3.5 to 4.0 but sadly I cannot!

Not sure about the redrawn content of the book. as you can see from the back cover the last page to the story but I don't have an original to compare. The new artwork I thought was the renumbering of the pages, V1, V2 ect at the bottom of the page.
