Thanks in advance for your responses!!!

 

Found this on one of my hunts between sales calls. The interior is amazing with bone white pages. Though structurerly tight, the cover on the other hand, has some big creasing. The bottom left front corner is not torn along the spine, it's more of a rub that has caused some flairing in that particular spot. In addition, the rest of the spine has no tears or splits.
