Another one I need your help on

 

Issues: Water damage/staining to upper right side of book that goes from front cover to back cover. Book is warped on right side. edge abrasions on bottom right with small crease on bottom right corner.

I was thinking 5.0, but the warped cover with H2O damage lowers it to around 3.0 to 3.5.
