From the scan it looks like a nice copy. I have to say 9.0, maybe higher if the scan was larger. The writing on inside page, File copy ect. wont effect the grade.

The staples have me stumped. It is a gorgeous looking copy, but something is going on with those staples...

If the staples are pushed in during manufacturing, Common problem on the Tales to Astonish issue 78, then the book would grade at 9.0. I have the pacific coast copy of 78, perfect except the staples CGC'd 9.0. And a raw copy with same problem.
