Hard to tell from the "smallish" scans but the book looks to be quite nice. I would venture a guess at 7.5, but I like to reserve a firm score until I see larger scans, if you can?

Is that foxing all along the top edge of the book Bill?

 

I also see what looks like a small tear on the back cover and some color loss on the outside edge of the front cover.

The tears, specifically the one on the bc, are going to stop this book from reaching higher IMO.
