Howdy Folks! I bought this off e-bay about 3 years ago and the seller had listed as a G/VG. I bought it because I thought it was better than a G/VG.

 

Let me know your thoughts and thanks in advance!

 

My observations:

 

Book is complete with CR/OW pages. Staples are clean, book lies flat, and the front cover colors are pretty nice.

 

Flaws that I can see:

Front Cover

numerous spine ticks

front right top corner color breaking crease

front bottom right corner multiple color breaking creases

1mm tear on front cover to the right of the monster's hand middle edge of front cover

 

Back Cover

Top left corner crease

multiple wrinkles and brown dots(foxing or mold???)

I'm thinking 4.0-4.5 with the fc corner issue and the little stains on the bc...book looks solid, tho.

bottom left some sort of staining small spots from spine to Flash's hands on pole

3.5, better than the G/VG grade the seller called it, and I've seen folks on these boards sell raw books as VG that looked worse.
