Here you go. A stain in the lower right as can be seen, otherwise its pretty solid.

I'd be at around 4.0 to 4.5.

CGC's grading is all over the place lately. Tough book to grade with that corner stain ( CGC use to really hammer stains ) and that long crease on the back cover.

 

I'd say 3.5 with that stain and long crease, but CGC probably has it at 4.0/4.5.

3.5 and I'm with Dr.X about recent CGC trends but I'm thinking they're not this lenient on staining of this size. We will see.

You guys are right that CGC hammered it from the stain. It doesn't bother me that much though, and it seems an exceptional specimen for the assigned grade. Page quality C/OW

There is no justice to that grade for that book. Just look at the Twin Cities Pedigree and tell me which book you would rather own? (Oh yeah it is a Pedigree)

I think your book presents much nicer. And the stain is much less obtrusive than the TC Pedigree.
