Book is complete, lies flat, and has ow pages. Both staples are attached to the cover even though it may not look like it in the scan (bottom staple). It does have a half inch spine split/tear at the top of the comic.

I'm with Jimbo at 5.0, but I do think there is an issue with the lower staple that's not going to pass close inspection.
