PGM Giant Batman Annual #2 with spine split question

People, I'm knocked out by all the comments and suggestions on the Beware #10 from yesterday. Thanks so much for your time and ideas.

 

I wanted to put up this Batman Annual #2 on eBay tomorrow as well, and I was wondering how the spine splitting that plagues these old Giant editions affects the grade of a pretty nice book otherwise. This one has separations 3 ½" at top & 2 ½" at bottom, front cover; and 2 ½" at top, back cover. (There's also a line of foxing at spine edge on the inside covers on this one.) Thanks again for any thoughts.

I'd probably go about 2.5 for two major spine splits. That's just a guess tho cause I don't mind looking dumb.

With the spine split(s) being so severe I would have to say 2.0. The book looks a lot nicer than that but I think CGC would knock it down because of the spine splits!

Decent eye appeal, but when more than half the cover is spine split, 2.0 is tops.
