PGM Tales from the Tomb #1 (Dell 1962)

Here's my Tales From the Tomb #1. Aside from the obvious, there is a ¾" split at bottom spine, back cover. But I was mainly interested in how the foxing would affect the grade. It occurs along top edge, front cover and on the inside cover edges. Little if any on the inside pages. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
