Paypal Claim Question

I haven't had to make a paypal claim for some time, and some years ago when I did, I was led to believe that if a seller emptied (or perhaps closed) their paypal account, you would not be able to get your refund - has this situation now been resolved, so that paypal will reimburse you in the event of a successful claim, whether the seller has money in their account or not ?

Yes, if you fall under PP or EBay protection rules they will pay you. You're in the UK. I'm not sure how different it is there. As long as it's not on PP prohibited list or EBays prohibited list, even if you didn't use EBay, in the US you're "supposedly" protected.

Hmmm, I never thought of the possible differences between US & UK. More research needed I guess - thanks for that though - it is for comic books for sure.
