As expressed in this thread, there isn't enough demmand for these type of collectibles to be slabbed or even a photo journal. It is sad but it wouldn't make fiscal sense for any one to do it. I wouldn't care because for the most part, I only collect these for the covers anyway.

Great cover - the delight of paperbacks is that so many were produced there is always something you've never seen before.

 

When the photojournal made visible all the great GA covers, values skyrocketed as collectors began to target specific books. With paperbacks, you have to go a'hunting because you don't know what's out there.
