I can't believe I managed to find an image of this, because I was sure I was the only person who watched this show, but on AMC's short-lived series Rubicon, one of the team members had a number of framed comics on his office wall:

He also had an issue of Jonah Hex, but I am not sure what issue and I couldn't find an image of it.

The set decorators must have just randomly reached into a long box and thrown whatever they grabbed up on the wall to end up with this this set of comics. :makepoint:

I remember this, and I remember noticing the comic books on the wall!

I believe JC mentioned this earlier. The episode of Different Strokes where Arnold stole the Spider-Man comic (said to be #1 on the show) was actually Spider-Man #14.

This is the best picture I could find, There is also Invaders #7 and I can't tell what the other Superman comic is.

The episode is Season 4, Episode 5 - The Big Heist.

Not sure which book, but wasn't there a kid being chastised for comic reading in "Creepshow" the movie?

All I could find was...

The prop 10-cent "CREEPSHOW" comic book featured in the film was drawn and inked by veteran artist Jack Kamen, one of the artists for the original E.C. crime and horror comics of the 1950's. Creepshow was a tribute to these comic books. Jack Kamen also created the comic book-style poster for the film, which was also featured on the front of the Plume "Creepshow" comic book adaptation (which Bernie Wrightson, another prolific horror comic artist, drew and inked the interiors for). Originally, (Stephen King wanted Graham Ingels, another EC artist (famous for his work on the title "The Haunt of Fear") to do the artwork for the film's poster, but he refused. It was head of EC comics William M. Gaines who then suggested Jack Kamen do the assignment. Kamen accepted.
