CGC doesn't usually come up for it, there are a few of us that provide services, my store the Comic Book Lounge also provides facilitator services.

So far a pretty impressive artist list. I am going to try and get a Epting, Fabok and Manipul sketch if I can. Lofty goals but worth a shot. Being an anniversary show I am hoping/expecting a big artist turn out!

I'm not sure what the set up is as of right now. But Stan Lee should have CGC reps with him, I'm not sure who is organizing it as this point, but I think your best bet is to call Gotham Central Comics or The Comic Book Lounge and they should be able to answer all of your questions and concerns.
