Deservedly so, it looks SO much better.

It's refreshing to see people buying the book and not the grade. The 3.0 isn't badly over graded, but with the chipping and creasing it's not the most presentable copy. The 2.0, at least from the FC, looks undergraded. I would be really happy with that 2.0.

Definitely does. NReal nice 2.0 and a 3.0 with serious chipping. I was still a little surprised the 2.0 went higher.

I don’t know what .5’s generally sell for, but this is one helluva an interesting .5! Classic case of dog ate my homework?

I too often wonder about the journey some of my books have made.

I'm the case of this FF 1, it's pretty much as I bought it circa 1987. I was a kid and probably added a little more tape. It would appear at some point between 1961 and 1987 someone found this uber-beater and, recognizing it's significance, mended it the best they could.

OK here's a fun video with a bonus ... time for a new episode of "Ask the Experts"!

I loved seeing this clip show up on my Twitter feed just to hear Big John Buscema talk about what makes Kirby so great:

Now ... at 0:21 there is an awesome panel showing Thor and the Thing in battle.

These are two heroes that have not interacted all that often over the years, so I was scratching my head trying to figure out exactly where this image comes from.  Maybe an interior page from FF #26?

Can someone shed some light?
