Depends where you get off, if it's 30th st , it's a hike, otherwise one block away. I usually take the Yo Bus, stops at the Greyhound terminal two blocks away, it's cheap, and never full like MegaBus.

Are there a lot of vintage toy dealers at this convention? I am less than an hour away and I would consider it.

20 minutes. Or like a $6-8 taxi ride. Amtrak is at 30th St. and the hall they had the con in last year was on Broad (which would be 14th if numbered).

You can jump on a local Septa train at 30th street station and get off at the convention center(Market East station). They don't check the fares between 30th and Market east, so it would be a free ride.
