Mijael.Levy Posted December 6, 2022 Share Posted December 6, 2022 (edited) Adding two Ebay users today to my blocked list 1: qweryifei Opened a "non delivery case" and asked for a refund two days ago when the tracking clearly showed that the item was already at the Portland post office (his adress is in Portland) ... item was delivered today. 2 Ebay user: exoticpartsguy name : Roger bartling from Brea California The guy is a thief He opened a non delivery case i made the refund ,5 days after the refund item was delivered . I sent him a message asking me to pay me the book and answered me this: "Sorry my wife just told me this arrived I will try to send the money this weekend" . This was more than a month ago... Yes they give me some days to reply and If the package shows before i make the refund Ebay sends me a message telling me that the book was delivered.... If i make a refund and item shows later the buyers normally reach to me and ask for my paypal ... About a week after delivery he messaged me saying slab was full of cracks and that the sides were not sealed. I asked him for pictures, which he sent, but did not answer my questions about the corners and if they were still intact. Timing was suspect, book was delivered almost a week after he messaged me. I asked him if he wanted to return the book, then said he’d keep it. The pictures he sent me. Full of cracks?
