Damn Feldstein and his sexy women again!

Well, not entirely true. This was a weird Al Feldstein/Johnny Craig tag team effort. The poor jilted guy on the right is obviously Feldstein. The pilot and the girl from the neck up is probably Craig. The "rest" of the girl pretty much looks like Feldstein to me.

I've always gotten a kick out of some of those constructed pseudonyms, in this case "F. C. Al Jon" which is pretty straight forward.  However, many years later when Craig did work for Jim Warren, it was credited to "Jay Taycee", a representation of his four initials John Thomas Alexis Craig.

I think the whole image is pencilled by Feldstein and inked by Craig.

Also notice that they added a peek at the lady's lace slip under her arm. Nice detail.

I lied.  In my youthful exuberance, I didn't realize that I am still missing an issue.  Anyway, here's my meager 21 issue collection, and to partly make up for it, my Weird Science Fantasy/Incredible Science Fiction run.

All is forgiven, take a new pic when you get the missing issue.

You must be getting senile fifties. How does one forget they are missing the first issue?   Better get on it!

Still Awsome shot!

Did a little meet up today with a buddy. Got a couple books. He just threw this in on the deal. #2 from 1960. Was happy to  find a number of Atlas reprints as well as 3 EC stories.

Both the Sci-Fi stories were copied from Incredible Science Fiction #30.

That's great! I've long thought this cover was a standout of the later Mystic run. The coloring is super cool.
