Paypal Shipping Label Question

How do people print a paypal shipping lable when they get a personal payment (which I never solicit, but sometimes people are nice and do it anyway), so there is no way to print a lable directly from that transaction? I generally input the shipping information into the template from a prior transaction using the "ship another" feature but that can get annoying because it forces you to e-mail the prior person on the transaction so they get a weird alert of a lable getting printed that sometimes freaks them out because they think their item is being shipped to the wrong address. (I usually sent an e-mail saying please ignore, but I understand I am probably being annoying).
