I asked the ebay seller for some scans of the front and back. The description at the top says Black-Mint, but the item description says Near-Mint. It looks good from what little I can see, but you can't zoom in on the pic : /

Looks like a rack flop bend mark under the credits, could just be from the camera flash. Lack of description for such a rare book and no feedback from selling comics in over a year seems shady to me

my problem is when a seller mentions "Mint" in any portion of their selling... its like I'm setting myself up for disappointment... case in point I took a chance at a NYX 3 listed as Mint almost perfect what have you... sure enough book is more NM 9.4 range... I like it when the seller underestimates a book better... stating a book is NM 9.4 range because a couple meniscal tics on the spine for a otherwise flawless book... Unless a seller states "I am fairly confident in my grading this will be a 9.8" I'm becoming wary... Even if they say 9.6/9.8 I'm thinking 9.4... unless they can back it up in detail...
