This CGC comic collection comes from a stunning grouping of the most recent volume of Batman. Nearly every example has been graded CGC 9.8 with a few exceptions at 9.9 and the ultra elusive Combo Pack Editions. This set has received the honorable award from CGC, The Best in Set Type for 3 years in a row, 2012, 2013 and 2014! The set is ranked #2 in the world and, simply put, it does not get much better for collectors of this series. The set is being sold individually but every issue from the run is being offered in this auction, making for an exciting opportunity. Grab one to start a collection, a couple to complete a collection or the entire lot of them before the New York Comic-Con!

This year marks the 75th anniversary of Detective Comics No. 27, which was the first appearance of the Bat Man. Since the DC New 52 reboot, Batman has been one of the best-selling comic series - in the top five for the past 36 consecutive months. To commemorate this milestone, July 23rd was been named Batman Day. It was the first time that co-creator Bill Finger received cover credit on a Batman comic. Gotham will premier this coming Monday on Fox, and Batman v Superman is currently being filmed for a March 2016 release.

It has been my great pleasure to both read and collect this series. Thank you to all who have helped me compile my set over the past few years, I hope you have as much fun perusing as I have had collecting.
