Help Identifying Two Signatures?

I bought this item on eBay recently and I can't identify two of the signatures. (The seller didn't know them either.) I recognize Joe Quesada, Mike Baron and Brian Murray, but the other two have me stumped. One is in gold ink at the top of the left edge, the other is in green ink at the upper right corner.

 

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

I think the gold signature on the left belongs to Dave Ross.

The signature in green is more distinctive than the Dave Ross one, but I just don't recognize it.
