How much is a regular table setup going for these days?

$75 for a two table booth.

Did you do the mighty awful con that was 2 or 3 days last year? It was great for buying, but for the $$$$ it was not good for the dealers.

I've only done single day mighty con at dupage.

I'll be looking to move some longboxes of Spider-Man and X-Men cheap tomorrow. My booth will stand out since I don't use a wall display. I put all the key books out on the table.

Got rid of 7 long boxes so I'm happy with how things went. My place is less cluttered now.

How was the turn out?

I can't speak for the dealers, but I had a good time.

 

I didn't pick up anything huge, but I caught up with some familiar faces and saw a few new vendors. I also liked the new, larger building setup. Made it feel like a "real" con.

A whole lot easier. Left with three short boxes. Didn't sell any expensive books but was happy to unload 7 boxes i'd had for a year.

 

Turnout was ok. Felt like a little less than the previous show.

The room was much too big. Too many dealers and not enough customers. I think that if it had been in the other building, dealers would've been much happier, as the people who were there did have money to spend.

 

I did okay. I picked up a few things here and there, but nothing great.

 

A lot of people looked at my New Teen Titans #2 and 44 and Strange Tales #115, but no takers.

 

Sold a nice Dr. Strange #169, Firestorm #1 and 3, FF #39 and a few other mid-level wall books. Did not sell enough dollar books, and came home with only one fewer box of those.
