I happened upon this link regarding Frank Thorne (RED SONJA artist).

 

He will be making a rare appearance and will be selling his artwork Opening Night - Saturday, March 7, 2015 from 4:00PM-7:00PM at the Illustration House in Manhattan.

Here's something I didn't know: Frank Thorne is still alive.

 

He looked like he was 80 years old 30 years ago when I first saw him at a con, with his long, white beard.
