Tony Daniel remarque. Requested "Joker laughing, green hair, red lips, HA HA HA and all that".  Got a black & white Harley Quinn instead. Love the sketch anyway, but the grade is infuriating. Grader notes crease to bottom back cover (which is visible) that 100% was not there when the book left my hands.

Its a great remark, but that's not cool to straight up ignore a customer's request. Want to do a black and white Joker instead? Fine. Want to place it elsewhere on the book other than the area designated? Cool. But drawing an entirely different character alltogether? Wtf. Did you put the request on the window bag as well? That 9.0 stings too. Seems a pretty steep deduction for a minor defect on the back cover...

Yup, request was on both the form and window bag. I thought the request was prefect for him given the remarque example CGC posted:

But, artists discretion is made clear so I can't legitimately complain about it. (And I'll note the sketch is placed where I requested it, so there's that as a plus)  The damage to the book though, rough pill to swallow.
